Purchased a vehicle from here online. It was never disclosed that the vehicle has summer tires. The car was sold in winter. First drive out in winter, blew a tire and broke the rim at a pothole. Also, dealership never provided any updates on when the car is shipping or delivery date. Purchased the vehicle back in December 2026. Now in April, still have not received my plaes.

I had a overall great experience at this dealership. I originally bought my car at a different dealership, but since have moved so this is now closest to me. I came in because my heat was broken, and brought it in without an appointment on a busy day. They couldn't service it that day - so they immediately got back to me on the following Monday with a loaner and the parts that were covered by warranty. Definitely will bring my car back here for future needs!

Staff is un pleasant, seem very frustrated to speak to you ask that you text, call for updates no calls back have to call several times to get passed around. Over poor experience, if you are having service work done your spending money in this business, typically you like to know what’s wrong and a time frame when to expect this to be completed. Castle Hyundai of Downers Grove are a bunch of crooks. I canceled an extended warranty through Allstate that was purchased through the previous dealer and was told to call Castle Hyundai to get my refund as they were the selling dealer. I had called with Allstate on the line with me on a three-way call and was put through to Christoph Sutton. Christoph advised that I should send over the paperwork in an email in which I did and have since not heard from him. No response through email. No response to any of my phone calls. Why would I ever purchase another car from this dealer??? Stay away from this stealership. You've been warned.

I went to drop my car off for a scheduled appointment this morning which I had a loaner scheduled for. Eric was extremely aggressive about giving the loaner and got in my face and yelled at me that I don’t know how to listen.
