I usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I feel compelled to share.
1) Lack of Basic Courtesy –
During my first complimentary service visit, I was eight months pregnant. Best deals around and a friendly staff. My sales guy, Ron Skalski, was a pleasure to work with and made the transaction smooth and painless. He was very responsive to questions through email as well as through texts. I had one shot to get the exact trim and color I wanted and Ron made it happen. A+++++ Mark Krupa took care of the financing and was not pushy with add ons. I definitely appreciate that. Again, another smooth and painless process.

Service advisor Daroeuth was friendly and professional. I walked in and he took care my appointment. He also provided a list of suggested service in my 2020 Elantra. I requested battery replacement and oil change. The jobs done on expected time. He took me to my car after the work is completed. Dealer quoted me an OTD cash price on a New vehicle with 10 miles on it advertised on their website. No return calls when I asked to pick it up. Later salesman and sales manager tell me the car is really a DEMO, and try to upsell me to a more expensive model.

After walking out undecided on what I wanted the sales manager came out to speak to me and assured me he would help me find my new car. He also helped my brother with his new car. He got us to work with Nizar who worked hard to earn our business. He got both my car and brothers car from other dealers. He called to see how was the new car, and really made the purchase smooth. The repair center knocked the valve off my tire. Trying to get in for the 4th time, I think, to get the leak on my tire fixed. They screwed it up. When calling again, they tell me I can't get in for over a month! And maybe see another Genesis dealer. Why should someone else have to fix their screw up! Will never use a Castle dealership again!

TL;DR for my wall of text below: Service center used wrong oil, then doubled down and lied about it to my face. They also changed my Track Mode settings for no reason, making me suspect they had a bit of "fun" with the car before returning it.

Eduardo Alvarez is amazing! Very smooth sales process, no surprises, car was purchased online (never saw the car in person) and everything was completed seamlessly! I received the car from my transporter and everything was exactly as expected and the car was in amazing condition (pre-owned). I recommend this dealership and Eduardo whole-heartedly - again, very easy, stress-free purchase! Eduardo is top-notch and I would recommend you see him if you want to make a purchase!

I purchased a used 2016 BMW 750i on October 28, 2023 from Castle Hyundai, with Chang "Chase" Cho as the salesman. At the close of the deal, he assured me that the spare (second) key for the vehicle would be mailed to my home by the following Tuesday. Needless to say, the key has not been mailed to me.
I have called and spoken to Mr Chang Cho on 5 different occasions on this matter. Each time he tells me some story about a "Manager" who he said would handle my request for the spare key.

Long time Pugi (Genesis) customer who will no longer visit Castle following the acquisition. I didn't think a company could tank so quickly after a change in ownership but somehow, Castle nailed it.
